I photographed the moon again with my iPhone. It’s an ongoing challenge between me and iPhone photography, although I must confess I’m very disappointed with the iPhone 17 Pro. But it’s too late now.

AI “modified”

On September 29, the moon was almost full and the night was clear, so I tried again—and got a satisfactory shot.

The main picture may be labelled “AI modified,” but I didn’t actually use AI to alter it. All I did was sharpen it a little.

Something I could have done with Lightroom, but I deleted the app because I’m trying not to enrich the billionaires any longer. So I’m becoming choosy about my apps.

Just for fun!

Well thought through and a good result.

Between the Lines moves between the political and the personal, the historical and the immediate—food, art, travel, and the long view. If that sounds wide, it is. The world is wide.
