I want to slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and train my visual perception without judgment or expectations.

Photography becomes a form of active meditation — a way to explore reality with greater depth and awareness. My goal isn’t to capture “perfect” images, but to be fully immersed in the process.

I want to photograph with the foundations of mindfulness and leading toward the creation of my meditative photography project. These are contemplation exercises, photography practices centered on mindful observation. I want to explore how light, texture, emptiness, and rhythm can become powerful elements in how i see and feel the world through the lens.

I want to immerse myself in a unique experience that combines mindfulness with photography to develop a new way of seeing the world. Combining mindfulness with photography isn’t just about slowing down; it’s about seeing beyond seeing, engaging all your senses, emotions, and attention in the act of noticing.
